I love the combination of flavors and the fact that they’re actually good for you. And they’re so easy to make that you can throw in a new batch on a weekly basis and have a healthy snack waiting for you in no time at all.
Process the first four ingredients in a food processor with the S-blade for about 20 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture comes together in small clumps.
Transfer to an 8-inch (20-cm) square pan and press down firmly to form a thick square. Cut into bars or squares and chill or freeze until ready to use.
