SUBMITTING ADVERTISING MATERIALS

Graphic design: Mishpacha provides advertisement design and layout, including typesetting, composition, artwork, reverses, etc., billed at $100 per hour. Any design work must be submitted by the advertising close date.

Acceptable file formats: PDF/X-1a files are requested for all advertisement and insert submissions. Mishpacha accepts Adobe InDesign CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3, and Adobe Photoshop CS3 program files. All linked and/or embedded files (photos, images and fonts) must be supplied. Files sent via e-mail must be zipped to avoid corruption. We cannot accept Microsoft Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint files.

How to submit ads: Advertisements should be emailed to the appropriate address below. If your zipped file is more than 10 MB, please contact a sales representative for instructions on how to upload files to our FTP server.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Advertisers and agencies assume liability for all content (including text, graphics, illustration, and photography) and advertisements printed, and for any claims that may arise against Mishpacha. Mishpacha will not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement. Mishpacha will not be liable for any errors in key numbers, patches, or type set by Mishpacha.
  • All advertising is subject to approval. Mishpacha reserves the right to reject any advertisement it deems not in keeping with the character, standards, and values of the publication and its supervising authorities.
  • Terms of payment are due prior to the publication of the advertisement.
  • No cancellations can be accepted after an issue closing date. When canceling an advertisement, clients who do not fulfill their discounted multiple insertion as agreed must pay the difference between the full price and the discounted price.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
